Once you have chosen your package, you can use the form below to order it.

When ordering graphics or layouts, please be as detailed as possible. Things are so much easier if you give a full brief. Don't worry if you sound too demanding because I'll will do my best to fulfill your requirements. So if you can think of anything that might be useful, include it. Remember, I can only work with what you give me, and I will do my best with it.

Useful information to include:

• Links to high-quality images (see my credits page for good links, recommended sites marked with an asterix (*))
• Colour scheme
• A theme. This could be Harry Potter, Pirates of the Carribean, etc.
• Navigation type - imagemap, right column, etc. (remember to include the desired text)
• Whether you want boxes, like a welcome or top affiliate box (only applies to standard package onwards)
• Any other details you can think of!
