Terms

I like to keep things simple. I'm not going to list pages and pages of rules which may result in you signing your life over to me. Instead, I'm going to give you what I think are very reasonable rules. These are in place to protect you and me from unwanted unpleasentness - because, after all, you are paying me for a service and it's only fair we both treat each other with respect.

1. A link and credit to this site must be present on your own for all work of mine that is displayed there. You cannot claim my work to be your own, and most definitely, you cannot re-distribute it or sell it. My work = my credit.

2. Do not change my work. I am quite happy to change something if you're not satisfied with it, but it's quite an insult to alter my work without my permission.

3. I require payment before beginning work. Once I recieve your order, and accept to fulfil it, I will send you an invoice via PayPal. In some cases I will charge half the total amount and charge the rest once I have completed it. This is usually the case in BIG orders! We can come to some sort of arrangement if you're having difficulties.

4. Put the word "zebra" in your application. Why zebra? 'Cause it makes me smile, but more importantly, it shows my you've read my terms. (Note, there isn't a field for this on the order form. This prevents people searching for a special word once they know there is one. You with me? Well, you don't have to be, just put the word in the specification box!)

5. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Sorry, but sometimes it happens. Don't be offended, it's not personal.

6. If for some reason I am unable to complete your order, you will recieve a full refund, or the files in their current state plus a refund minus the value of the work already completed.

7. I will never re-sell your layout or a pre-made layout you bought. It takes away from the originality of your site, and it's just not cool.
